Price and availability information are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy of all information provided on the website, except in relation to the description of products and services available for order. SeedSelection assumes no liability for any opinions expressed in product reviews, blogs, comments, or photographs displayed on this site.
The inclusion of third-party opinions or comments does not imply endorsement by SeedSelection or its employees. Please carefully read all instructions, manuals, and user documentation accompanying your products. SeedSelection is not involved in the manufacturing of products and will not provide advice on their use beyond the manufacturers’ guidelines. It is your responsibility to use all products safely and in accordance with these guidelines.
Returns & Refunds Policy
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we guarantee to refund any item you are not entirely satisfied with, provided it is returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete before submitting your order. If your order is returned to our office, we will gladly resend it. However, if your order is not returned to our office, we cannot be held responsible and will not resend it free of charge under any circumstances. Please note that address errors are not covered by our Stealth Shipping promise.
Returns
We are here to assist you with any queries about your order within 90 days of the order being dispatched. If you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you must first contact us by phone, fax, or email to confirm your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Any goods returned without prior consent from SeedSelection will be at your own expense.
Returned goods must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Once you have confirmed your return with us, please send the items to our postal address. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods according to our returns policy. We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning items to us. In the UK, items should be returned via First Class Recorded Delivery. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service.
We recommend using an insured delivery method; however, we will not accept extra charges for guaranteed next-day services or other courier services. Your replacement goods will be shipped (or your payment refunded) within 14 days of receiving your return.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item(s) for different products within our range, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please specify which item(s) you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending out these replacements, as well as any additional balance incurred by your updated order.
If you paid by an alternative method, you will need to cover any extra costs before the replacement goods are shipped. If the cost of the replacement goods is lower than that of your returned goods, you will be refunded the difference, minus shipping costs.
Refunds
We will refund the cost of returned goods; however, shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund the cost of returning goods, except in the case of returning faulty or damaged goods. Refunds will be issued by crediting your card or by cheque, depending on the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

SeedSelection does not grant any rights or interests in any copyright or intellectual property rights associated with its products, nor does it authorize the copying or alteration of such products without express consent. All copyright pertaining to SeedSelection and its website, software, and pages is owned by or licensed to SeedSelection and may not be used, copied, or altered without permission.
This copyright extends to the design, appearance, and content of SeedSelection, including all photographs and marketing materials. You may use SeedSelection content for private and non-commercial purposes only, such as viewing, copying, and printing portions of SeedSelection content for the sole purpose of placing orders. SeedSelection and its logos are trade names or trademarks of SeedSelection and may not be used without express permission. The trademarks of brands sold on SeedSelection belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
SeedSelection strives to provide accurate descriptions (including pictures) of products, but it is recommended that you verify dimensions stated on SeedSelection or contact us for exact sizes, particularly for clothing items. SeedSelection will carry out its services with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee the services of other parties. SeedSelection makes no promise regarding the uninterrupted or error-free use of its website, which is provided on an “as available” basis. SeedSelection contains links to external websites not under our control. These links are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for the availability, quality, content, or nature of external sites, nor for any transactions involving them.
These Terms and Conditions do not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, nor do they exclude or limit SeedSelection’s liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury, nor for any fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to the aforementioned exceptions and to the maximum extent permitted by law, SeedSelection excludes liability for any loss or damage arising in any way, including direct, indirect, or consequential losses. SeedSelection will not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen events beyond its control.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between the user and SeedSelection shall be governed by the laws of Spain. In the event of a dispute, the parties may submit their differences to the ordinary courts in accordance with applicable rules on international jurisdiction.

SeedSelection is committed to protecting your privacy and will use information collected about you only in accordance with our privacy policy.
Legal Disclaimer
SeedSelection sells cannabis seeds as a collectable genetic preservation souvenir.
We dispatch our products on the condition that they will not be used in conflict with applicable local law. The regulation and enforcement in respect of some of the products we sell differ from country to country. We therefore advise you to make inquiries about the regulations to which you are subject. For this reason, SeedSelection can accept no responsibility for products intercepted or lost in transit, if you place an order for a product to be sent to a country where it is illegal.
We refuse to sell cannabis seeds to anyone we have reason to believe is not going to use them for personal use only or to use them in a country where cultivation is a criminal offense.
